Two years ago, this dog named Dobby was found taking shelter in a car wash, scared and all alone.
Dobby had an infection that left his skin covered in hard, crusty patches, often seen in dogs that are neglected or abused. After being found, Dobby was cared for by a wonderful foster mom who helped him regain his strength. With lots of love and patience, Dobby learned how to trust again, and ended up finding his forever home.
